Product Overview
The SFH615A-4 is a 1-channel 4-pin 160 to 320% CTR high reliability Phototransistor Output Optocoupler has a GaAs infrared diode emitter, which is optically coupled to a silicon planar phototransistor detector. The SFH615A features a variety of transfer ratios, low coupling capacitance and high isolation voltage. The coupling device is designed for signal transmission between two electrically separated circuits. The coupler is end-stackable with 2.54mm lead spacing.
