Product Overview
SL42-E3/57T is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier. Typical applications include use in low voltage high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.
- Low profile package, ideal for automated placement
- Guarding for overvoltage protection, low power losses, high efficiency
- Very low forward voltage drop, high surge capability
- Maximum average forward rectified current at TL is 4.0A (TA = 25°C)
- Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage is 20V (TA = 25°C), maximum RMS voltage is 14V (TA = 25°C)
- Maximum DC blocking voltage is 20V (TA = 25°C)
