Product Overview
The TFDU4301-TR1 is an Infrared Transceiver Module for IrDA® applications. The transceiver module consists of a PIN photodiode, an infrared emitter (IRED) and a low-power control IC to provide a total front-end solution in a single package. This device covers an extended IrDA low power range of close to 1m. With an external current control resistor the current can be adjusted for shorter ranges.
